Refund policy

Returns
If you've receive a defective product or a product different to your order, you can email support@modcase.com.au with your order number. To be eligible for a return, please make sure your kit is in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and a complete set.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. If your unit is a prototype unit, any existing imperfections is made aware to you before your purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are made when we've received and inspected your return. Please allow up to 10 business days upon receival for the refund. If you have any concerns at any stage please contact us at support@modcase.com.au with your order number.
