Design Highlights

Exploded view of the MODCASE HYPER two-part 3D-printed chassis frame

1. Flagship Hardware Fit - E-ATX to ITX. 450mm GPUs. 168mm coolers (NH-D15 confirmed). 360mm Radiators, ATX, SFX / SFX-L PSUs.

2. Simple BOM - 2.5kg of PETG, screws, USB ports, and a power button. That's it.

3. Formed, Not Assembled - Frame prints in 2 parts, not 20 — easy build, fewer joints, stronger structure. (4 parts for standard size printers)

4. Modular Flexibility - Build a NAS, a liquid cooling gaming rig, or a hybrid Workstation in between. Universal modules make it all possible within the same chassis.

5. Your Printer Does the Work - Interlocking joints and compliant mechanisms replace complex assembly. Single screw type throughout (BT3×20). Per-model tuned print files and instructions included.

HYPER is the most advanced MODCASE to date — bigger builds, expandable construction, and more ways to configure than ever before.

Expandable Chassis

Modular expansions let you fit larger components and combine more hardware in the same build. Expansions bolt onto your existing chassis without needing to reprint the frame.

24L Standard Chassis:
E-ATX to ITX · 337mm GPUs · 168mm CPU coolers · ATX / SFX / SFX-L PSUs · Radiators up to 280mm · Up to 10× 3.5″ drives

Expanded Chassis:
Up to 450mm GPUs, 360mm radiators and 18× 3.5″ drives—with room to combine more hardware in one build.

For full specifications see bottom of page.

Cooling Without Compromise

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"My complete ATX PC fit without swapping any components. It's a shame you can't give more than 5 stars." — @Iknocks

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"I couldn't even find anything to buy that fit these specs. The only case I could find that fit in my IKEA cabinet — full ATX mobo, my 3070 AND a 240mm AIO. " — @schwepe

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"Exactly what I was looking for — most 3D printed cases only take micro boards or tiny GPUs. Fit my 9800x3D and 9070XT." — @Tech0verlord

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"Printed it more than 4 times and replaced all my spare PCs. Surprising strength despite how little material it uses." — @yamon

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Best I've seen in my 5 years. I'm simply impressed." — @Toyfactory3000

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"One of the best, most useful things I have printed. Happy to be a supporter." — @user_409379510
