Shipping policy

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times:

We offer competitive shipping rates for domestic and international orders. Domestic orders will be shipped within 7 days to most parts of Australia, and international orders will be shipped via our preferred carrier. Please note that for the TIGER model, SLS prints are made on demand from the USA and may take up to one month for production and delivery.

International shipping and customs fees:

We ship internationally and some parts may be shipped directly from a factory in your local area to minimize additional taxes. However, please note that Carbon parts will be shipped from Australia and may incur import charges. You may be contacted by your local carrier for payment of these charges.

Handling and processing times:

Orders for print on demand products will be made and prepared for shipment within 7 business days.

Tracking information:

Customers will receive a tracking number for their order, which they can use to track the package's progress.
